Couvent des Jacobins 2014 (750ml)

SGD 93.00

The 2014 Couvent des Jacobins posseses a harmonious bouquet and here there are attractive red cherry and crushed strawberry scents, the oak neatly integrated and retaining fine delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with a sweet entry: black cherries, cassis and a hint of licorice. There is certainly good density in the mouth and the finish feels solid yet not imposing, allowing attractive sous-bois and cedar notes to flourish on the aftertaste.

- 90 points by Robert Parker

Beautifully soft textures round out this Couvent. Rich in licorice, fresh red fruit and an elegant touch of oak on the finish.

Type: Red Wine

Country: France

Region: Bordeaux

Farming: Organic Certification (2020)

Varietal: Merlot (86%), Cabernet Franc (10%), Petit Verdot (4%)
