In relation to any information provided to the Company (which may include, but is not limited to, personal data (collectively ‘Data’)), the Customer consents (for itself and on behalf of other individuals or entities) to the Company collecting, using, disclosing and processing such Data (including collecting, using, disclosing and processing of such Data by its affiliates and third parties) for the purposes of: (a) providing the services to the Customer as detailed in these Conditions; (b) managing the relationship with the employee as detailed in these Conditions; assigning, subcontracting or outsourcing any part of the services or functions of the Company to third parties, including but not limited to, its professional advisers, other professionals, and delivery personnel; and complying with all applicable policies, laws and regulations, and meeting any obligation to or requests from governmental entities, including anti-money laundering and anti- terrorist obligations.

The Company may do anything or disclose any Data or matters without notice to the Customer (or the individuals concerned) if the Company considers them to be required or desirable in respect of any applicable policy, law, regulation, government entity, regulatory authority or similar, or as are required to enable any provision under these Conditions to be effected. In respect of any Data about any other individual (including without limitation the Customer’s family members, dependants and/ or nominated receivers of deliveries) provided to the Company by or on behalf of the Customer, the Customer represents and warrants that it has obtained each individuals prior consent to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of his/her Data by or for the Company in the manner and for the purposes stated above and that such Data is true, accurate and complete.
