Who is PIVENE?
PIVENE is a luxury wine & spirits business that leverages a highly curated suite of products and services to elevated trade businesses, discerning private clients and corporate enterprises operating in the luxury community.
Do you have a physical store?
No. PIVENE is a Singaporean based operation that distributes wine, spirits and services directly to Trade, F&B and Corporate partners as well as undertaking Direct to Consumer (D2C) operations via www.pivene.com.
Payment
What modes of payment do you accept?
Payments can only be made via Paynow, Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque. Credit Card payments are not accepted. All products prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). PIVENE reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.
How do I use my discount code?
After selecting checkout, you will be directed to the checkout page where you can enter your offer code. The total amount will automatically be deducted from your order. In the case where the offer code cannot be applied, you might want to check if the correct code has been keyed in, or if the offer has expired.
shipping
What are your shipping rates?
We currently only ship locally within Singapore, and international shipping is not available. For all orders 200 SGD and above, we offer free delivery (single location only). For orders below the minimum value, a delivery fee of 30 SGD will be charged.
How long does your shipping take?
All products will normally be shipped out and delivered within 1 to 2 days from your order date.
Are you able to ship at a specific time?
At this time we don’t offer specific slots. All deliveries are fulfilled within 1 to 2 days from your date of order.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
The company has the right to charge storage fees for storing the wine in the event that:
Wine is non-deliverable within one month of purchase due to customer’s failure to notify the company of changes in the address, or if the company is otherwise unable to contact the customer.
Customer fails to pick up the wine within one month of purchase.
The customer refuses to take delivery of the wine.
Delivery is withdrawn because a customer or any person appointed by him/her to accept delivery of alcoholic products cannot confirm that they are 18 years old or over.
In the event that the wine has not been collected/ delivered and the storage fees referred to above have not been paid for 1 year from notification by the company that the wine is ready, then the company has the right to dispose of the wine with no further notice to the customer. PIVENE shall have no liability to the customer in respect of disposal of the wine in such a circumstance.
Do you provide self-collection?
Yes we do! Self-collections are free of charge, and they can be arranged when you cart out your order.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Any defect wines returned must be 75% full or more. All returned wines are subject to further verification by PIVENE before any action is taken. Our company reserve the right to reject any/all returned wine. Refunds and replacements remain at the sole discretion of PIVENE.
Order issues
Can I amend my order after I've placed it?
If you have already submitted an order and wish to make any amendments, please contact us directly at orders@pivene.com, or via the messenger chat bot located at the bottom corner of our site.
What should I do if I've received an incorrect item in my order?
We’re sorry that happened! Please contact us directly at orders@pivene.com, and we will assist you in rectifying the issue as quickly as possible.
Technical
Do I need to create an account to purchase from you?
There is an option for you to checkout as ‘Guest’, but creating an account with us is simple to do, and allows you to order easily without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us.
