Organic and aged 12 months in French oak barrels, the wine is deep violet in the glass. A medium to full bodied wine, this Aciano has a nose of ripe red plums, raspberry and blueberries.
There is leather, cinnamon, tobacco, eucalyptus, menthol, juniper, bay leaf and oregano that flow through mixing beautifully with notes of fruit candies.
On the palate there is a superb minerality with an almost Burgundy-like finesse. Lots of crushed stones, granite and balsamic notes. This is a real treat
